Rosie's Diner- Aurora Colorado

April 3, 2019

I had a club sandwich with french fries. My sandwich was okay and was basically a typical club sandwich but it seemed like it was a little short on the meat.

Dad had a cheese steak and he said it was not the best but it was okay and he thought the fries were good.

Mom had the chile relleno plate and just thought it was alright. Our waiter was very friendly and after we left and forgot our to go box he ran it out to the parking lot to make sure we got it. We were here for a very late lunch but there were still a fair amount of people there that were mostly older folks. Rosies Diner was just okay and I might consider going back to try a milkshake but that would be about it.

Doolittle‘s Deli – Ogden Utah

August 17, 2018

This was in an airport area so there was some airplane displays. This was a counter place with one table inside and some outside, but later we found an area around the corner inside with more tables.

 I ordered a club sandwich,

mom ordered a turkey avocado sandwich

and Dad got a Reuben sandwich with onion rings.  The sandwiches were huge and I should’ve got the half version. For my club sandwich I picked sourdough bread and I really enjoyed the whole sandwich which included ham, turkey, bacon and veggie toppings. Mom and dad also very much enjoyed their sandwiches. Also included was a cookie. This was also very good. We had a very good and successful lunch at Doolittle‘s Deli and would definitely want to return.

Dilly’s Deli - Tempe AZ

March 8, 2018

This was our first day in the Phoenix area and we happened to be in Tempe right next to the ASU campus and I remembered reading about a place called Dilly’s deli so that's where we decided to stop for lunch and with all the dilly dilly's going around how could we not stop. So we went in and went up to the counter I ordered the smoky mountain sandwich and picked ciabatta bread ($8.59).

Mom got the dilly bird ($7.59)

and dad got the Ruben ($8.59) they both had there's on dark rye bread.

My sandwich was a rather large sandwich for me and I probably should've got the half size. I thought the sandwich was pretty good. I liked the smoked Gouda, turkey, bacon and the red onions, but what I didn’t like about this was the Russian mustard on it I thought it was okay for a while, but I eventually became pretty tired of it. I enjoyed Dilly’s deli except for the mustard but liked all the choices you had with different sandwiches and wouldn’t mind coming back and trying some of their other sandwiches. Dilly Dilly.
