Wildfire Steakhouse key lime pie

 This pie was excellent and one of the best key lime pies I’ve ever had.   It had a nice soft crust that was not dried out and hard.  As well as a good key lime flavor in the pie.  Prior to eating the pie had to thaw out overnight.

This was halfway between Phoenix and Prescott Arizona.  I had a really good rib eye steak and it was reasonably priced.

This was 80/20 Ground beef and pretty good quality. We used it in chili, meat loaf, spaghetti and enchiladas and we enjoyed all of these items.
