This is one of my favorites in Arizona and my favorite
German place anywhere. I had my usual
Paprika Schnitzel. Which is a pork
schnitzel with an onion and bacon infused Paprika Sauce on top. This also came with German Fried Potatoes and
Wirsing (a creamy cabbage side) and a cup of Chef's Soup, the soup this day was
beef cabbage.
